Please complete the tuition form and payment setup as soon as possible:

💲 Administrative fee:

There is a $250 administrative fee at the time of re-registration.

🎯 If all required forms are completed by Thursday, May 15, this fee will be waived and applied toward tuition.

🩺 3. Update Health Forms (Due: Thursday, May 15)

• Check your magnus portal and update any expired waivers, forms or signatures
• All Magnus forms must be submitted by May 15

⚠️ Important Notes

• Tuition assistance cannot be reviewed or applied until Magnus is fully compliant.
• Families who complete all required forms by May 15 will have the $250 admin fee applied toward tuition
