Launched on Yud Bais Teves this year - the day the Rebbe spoke a famous Sicha אור לי”ב טבת תשמ”ז. The Rebbe strongly emphasized and requested a special Hachana be made for the next thirty days until Yud Shvat.
The talmidim are in the midst of a month-long hachana for Yud Shvat. A central part of this hachana is that each talmid keeps a duch and log of his daily shmiras hazman and diligence in learning, with the goal of maximizing seder time and developing an awareness of how precious their time truly is. In addition, each shiur is learning a maamar (באתי לגני) by heart.
You can see here a sample of this Duch. A special computer portal was prepared where the Bochurim upload their duch information as well. It helps them in being able to “visualize” the investment in their learning!
